AI agents watch your operations.
You make the call.

Every recommendation lands in one feed with its reasoning attached. Approve it, and the action writes back to your systems. Routine work can close on its own, under rules you set.

What is Decision Hub?

Decision Hub is the decision layer of the platform. AI agents watch your operations and send their recommendations to one feed, each with its reasoning. You approve what matters, your rules close routine work, and every action writes back to your systems and stays on the record. Agents work without being asked. Athena IQ works when you ask.

Knowing isn't doing.

Agents and reports produce signals all day. The point where it usually falls apart isn't detection — it's turning one signal into a tracked decision
without Decision Hub
A risk flagged on a dashboard gets screenshotted into a chat thread, and dies there. Nothing tracks whether it was ever handled.
Decision Hub
ONE HUB
One feed for every recommendation, approval, and action
with Decision Hub
Every signal becomes one work item in a single feed, with its reasoning attached. It's decided, written back to your systems, and tracked all the way to done.

Inside the Decision Hub. Five components, one model.

Detected by an agent, prepared with its reasoning, approved by you, executed back into the system it came from — and remembered, so the next one is better.
Component 03 of 05
Supply Assurance Agent
Ranks the fixes when a supplier or shipment slips.
Supplier Risk Agent
Scores each key supplier's risk of missing dates.
AI briefings
A short, reasoned summary of what changed, why it matters and what to decide — delivered before the meeting.
Dashboards
Live views of every decision in flight — who approved it, what it changed, and how it played out.

Agents and Approvals

From signal to done, on your rules

Every work item moves through the same five stages, so you always know where it stands.
1

Intake

An agent spots a change and writes up what it found.
2

Routed

It goes to the right owner, by site, team, or order value.
3

Delivered

With reasoning, confidence, and data traceability.
4

Decision

Approve, claim, delegate, or dismiss, right in the feed.
5

Resolved

The action writes back to your systems.
Needs you

Decisions that matter wait for approval

Set who approves what, by order value, supplier, region, or site. Nothing is written back until the right person signs off.
Done for you

Routine work closes itself, under your policy

Low-value, low-risk actions, like reorders under $5K, can resolve automatically. Each one is recorded with the rule that allowed it.

How Decision Hub differs from the tools you already have

Agent builders, BI alerts, and ticketing queues each cover part of the job. None of them closes the loop between a signal and a decision that actually happened.

Decision Hub FAQs

What is Decision Hub?

ConverSight Decision Hub is the fourth layer of the platform, where AI agents watch your operations and bring recommendations to one feed. Every recommendation arrives with its reasoning and goes to the right person. Approve it, and the action writes back to your systems. Every outcome is recorded, so the next recommendation is better than the last.

Does every agent action need approval?

In Decision Hub, only the ones you choose. By default, recommendations wait for a person. You can set standing policies so routine, low-value actions close automatically, for example reorders under $5,000. Those appear in Done for You, each recorded with the rule that allowed it. You decide who approves what, by order value, supplier, region, or site.

Which agents are included, and can we build our own?

Decision Hub includes prebuilt agents for supply assurance, supplier risk, demand sensing, logistics and freight, procurement, pricing, and market research. You can hire them from the Marketplace, or describe a new one and build it in App Studio. Every agent reports to the same feed.

What is the ConverSight Marketplace?

The ConverSight Marketplace is where you find prebuilt AI agents to add to Decision Hub. You hire an agent, it runs on your own business data, and it reports to the same feed as every other agent, with your approval rules applied from the start.

How do agents relate to solutions like Supply Assurance?

In ConverSight, a solution is what you buy to solve a business problem. Its agents are the always-on workers inside it. For example, the Supply Assurance solution includes the Supply Assurance Agent, which watches shipments and ranks the fixes when one slips.

What happens if nobody responds to a recommendation?

In Decision Hub, escalation rules and timeouts are set per process, so an unanswered critical item moves on to the next person rather than waiting. Every work item also has a type, from information to critical, so the most urgent items rise to the top. Items without a clear owner land in Unrouted for an admin to assign.

Can an approved action be undone?

In ConverSight Decision Hub, actions are flagged by how easily they can be reversed, and actions that can’t be undone get more scrutiny before approval. Any agent can be paused or stopped at any time, and the full record of what was decided and by whom is kept either way.
