what your team gets back

Stockout reduction, carrying cost, inventory turns

01

One view of your entire inventory position

On-hand stock, safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and item segmentation — updated across every item, supplier, and warehouse in one place.

02

Safety stock calculated, not guessed

Automatically selects the right method per item — simple, demand-based, or simulation — based on how much demand varies and how reliable your suppliers are.

03

Stockout risks surfaced before they happen

Items flagged as Urgent, Low Stock, or Normal based on current stock vs. reorder point — so your team knows exactly which items need attention first.

04

Overstock identified and quantified

Items sitting beyond your maximum stock target are flagged with the cost of holding them — so decisions on excess inventory are based on numbers, not gut feel.

05

Weekly projection shows where inventory is heading

A week by week view across your planning period — showing stock levels, expected demand, safety stock thresholds, and incoming supply all in one place.

How it works

From raw inventory data to ranked risks in minutes

layer 1

Inputs

On-hand stock, safety stock, reorder points, demand data, lead times, and cost parameters per SKU.

Layer 2

Logic

Item segmentation → safety stock calculated per SKU → reorder points set → MOQ and coverage constraints applied.

Layer 3

Surfaces

Inventory status flagged by SKU, stockout risks ranked by urgency, weekly projection across the planning horizon.

Layer 4

Human checkpoints

Adjust safety stock method, set coverage targets and min/max supply, approve policy before it drives replenishment.

how it compares

Better than static rules, better than doing it manually

vs. manual safety stock calculation

Most teams set safety stock once and never revisit it. The agent calculates it per SKU, per period, using the right statistical method for each item’s demand pattern.

vs. ERP min/max rules

Static rules don’t account for demand variability, lead time uncertainty, or holding costs. The agent balances all three — and updates as your data changes.

vs. doing nothing

Every stockout is lost revenue. Every overstock ties up working capital. We baseline your current performance at setup so improvement is measured in your numbers.

Still have questions?

Everything you need to know before you get started.

How is this different from the Supply Planner agent?

The Inventory Optimizer focuses specifically on inventory positioning — safety stock, reorder points, coverage targets, and stockout/overstock identification. The Supply Planner takes those outputs and converts them into actual replenishment recommendations and purchase orders. They work together as a connected workflow.

Items are classified A, B, or C based on their contribution to total inventory value — A items require tight control, B items moderate monitoring, C items basic oversight. This helps your team prioritize where to focus inventory management attention.

The item is flagged as Urgent with the inventory gap quantified — current stock vs. reorder point vs. safety stock. Your team sees exactly how much buffer is left and what the recommended action is. Notifications can also be configured to alert via email when thresholds are breached.

Yes — bulk settings let you apply safety stock methods and cost parameters across selected items or suppliers. Individual overrides are available for any item that needs specific treatment.
