what your team gets back

Supplier risk visibility, escalation reduction, norms adherence

01

One view of your entire supplier portfolio

Suppliers ranked, scored, and segmented by performance and criticality — in one place. No manual compilation, no waiting for the monthly review.

02

Declining suppliers flagged before they cause disruptions

Delivery and quality index tracked continuously. Suppliers declining for 3 consecutive months surfaced automatically — so your team acts before it becomes a production shortage.

03

Every supplier scored across six metrics

Delivery %, Quality %, Norms Adherence, Past Performance %, Future Scale Up Risk %, and overall Supplier Rank — all visible per supplier, with trend over time.

04

Inferences and risks generated automatically

Per supplier risks and informational flags  generated — new items with upcoming demand, critical materials demand increasing, materials missing supplier mapping — without anyone writing the report.

05

Escalation summary ready when you need it

Production impact, material, region shortage, reason, outlook, and counter measure tracked per escalation — so the section head review has everything in one place.

how it compares

Better than spreadsheets, monthly review,  and guessing

vs. monthly supplier review meetings

By the time the monthly review happens, a supplier may have been declining for eight weeks. The Scorecard tracks continuously — declining suppliers surface as it happens.

vs. manual supplier scorecards in spreadsheets

Spreadsheet scorecards are out of date the moment they’re sent. The Scorecard runs on live data, with inferences and risk flags generated automatically.

vs. doing nothing

Every undetected decline carries a cost — in stoppages, emergency procurement, delivery delays. Continuous visibility changes when you find out and what your options are.

Still have questions?

Everything you need to know before you get started.

How is supplier rank calculated?

Supplier Rank is a composite score across Delivery %, Quality %, Norms Adherence, Past Performance %, and Future Scale Up Risk %. Higher rank is better. The trend is tracked over time so your team can see if a supplier is improving or declining.

Future Scale Up Risk % is a forward-looking indicator of whether a supplier can handle increased demand based on their current performance trajectory. A high percentage flags suppliers that may struggle if your volume with them grows.

Suppliers are classified as Critical or Non-Critical based on your configured rules. Critical suppliers with low performance scores are flagged separately — so your team prioritizes the ones where a performance issue has the highest production impact.

Yes — reports are filterable by supplier code, supplier name, vendor number, storage location, and report period. Each team sees the view relevant to their suppliers and their role.
