Sales Development Representative- Voice-enabled Library Access Software LIBRO – SaaS

Posted 9 months ago is expanding the Inside Sales Team by adding two Business Development Representatives immediately to focus on LIBRO – Voice enabled library access software!

Our Business Development Reps are responsible for driving pipeline growth for our sales team nationwide by generating and nurturing leads. BDRs qualify inbound leads and generates new leads through research and contacting targeted prospects over the phone to position LIBRO software platform solutions and services to prospective University and Public Libraries. BDRs also track all activity in the CRM, providing detail for the sales team and to follow up and nurture leads in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 1-2 years of experience in a role with cold calling, outbound customer contact, lead generation or qualifying prospects. Experience in a technology environment is a plus. In addition, we seek the following:


Business Development Rep required experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling software/services in the education space is must.
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in a role with cold calling, outbound customer contact, lead generation or qualifying prospects
  • A self-starter willing to make outbound cold and warm sales calls, research for lead generation, make numerous follow up calls. Experience within a quota-driven environment a plus.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills.
  • Dedication to high-quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships.
  • An energetic high performer who can meet deadlines, work independently, take initiative and follow through with requests.
