Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. When we first launched ConverSight, our mission was simple yet ambitious to make business intelligence more accessible through conversation. We started with Conversational Insight, powered by our AI assistant Athena, allowing users to load their data, ask questions in plain English, and get instant answers through intuitive Storyboards.
But evolution happens when you listen.
As our customers began adopting conversational analytics, we realized the next step was not just answering questions but anticipating them. This insight led to the creation of Proactive Insights, enabling businesses to move from reactive analysis to predictive intelligence.
Behind the scenes, our technology was evolving too. We built a powerful analytics runtime using the RAY framework, introduced low-code, notebook-based development, and extended our capabilities to support custom Python-based UI experiences. These innovations gave users unprecedented speed, flexibility, and control over how they built and scaled their analytics.
Our Turning Point: Embracing the Supply Chain
As we expanded, a clear pattern emerged our most impactful success stories came from the Supply Chain sector. These environments, defined by complexity and constant motion, became the ultimate testing ground for our platform.
We realized we weren’t just a BI or analytics tool anymore. We had become an engine for supply chain transformation. That realization marked a pivotal shift in our identity from a conversational analytics platform to a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence company.

We coupled this with a serverless database layer that delivers exceptional performance and cost efficiency, while maintaining seamless integration with traditional RDBMS systems used across enterprise ecosystems.
UniVerse: A Universal Model for Any Resource
One of our most powerful innovations is UniVerse, a universal resource framework inspired by AWS’s Amazon Resource Name (ARN). UniVerse can model any SaaS resource from ERPs and WMS systems to IoT sensors creating a unified, logical view across fragmented systems. This unified model allows us to build truly connected supply chain solutions, where every system, process, and signal is integrated into one cohesive environment.
Uniflow: Intelligent Workflow Orchestration
Supply chains are inherently complex, with multistep, interdependent processes. To manage this, we built Uniflow, our proprietary workflow orchestration engine inspired by AWS Step Functions’ Amazon States Language (ASL). Uniflow allows users to design, execute, and manage sophisticated, event driven workflows that connect every resource within UniVerse ensuring real time coordination, automation, and insight-driven action.

Together, our Analytics Framework, UniVerse, and Uniflow form the backbone of what we now call a Decision Intelligence Operating System for the supply chain.
